Dark Star
The new, Allen Elishewitz Model 880 Dark Star is a spin off of the former Benchmade Model 875. This slender design sports a striking, ATS-34 spear-point blade design. Blades are available with plain or ComboEdge in satin finish or BT2 coating. The blade is accessed with double-thumb studs for single-handed, ambidextrous use. The locking liner gets its form from double, titanium liners which are anodized in a stylish, soft-luster gold color.
Machined, G-10 scales with their sporty tread lines and signature star pattern, top off "functional distinction" with just the right touch of class. A black pocket-clip is attached for clip-carry and a unique lanyard attachment point is integrated for those that prefer its use.
And, new this year too, is the Model 885 which is a two-thirds scale version of the Model 880. You get all of the same quality features and style with the exception of a single, thumb-stud in the blade.
Either way, you can be certain of one thing... that you are getting superior Benchmade quality in fit, form and function.
