This is a necessity for: Emergency personnel (cutting seatbelts), rafters (using inflatables), ranchers (cutting around livestock) and marine applications (when cutting close to your hands while on a moving boat). The FRN handle is heavily textured providing some rsistance for a firmer gripping surface. The C45 is a diminutive version of the C14 Rescue. Both models come with black or high visibility orange handles with a reverse ambi clip.
