A Word About Our Return Policy

Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on books, videos or software once the original packaging has been opened. We do not accept returns on Closeouts, Discontinued Items, Special Order Products, MREs (food items), or Scopes after they have been mounted, or otherwise marred or damaged. Products returned for exchange must be returned postage paid, in new condition, original packaging, and include all registration cards, packing materials, and other accessories and be received within 2 weeks of the original purchase date. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by Excalibur Enterprises. For products that are authorized for return, a restocking fee of 15% of the invoiced price will be charged or deducted from the credit or refund on all returns.

Optics & Scopes: Due to the inherently fragile nature of Optics, including scopes, and binoculars, we cannot accept returns on these items once they have been mounted on a rifle or used for any period of time. They must be in "New and Resellable Condition", in the original undamaged boxes with all accompanying paperwork. Once mounted, or used, the manufacturer is soley responsible for warranty repair or replacement as needed. By all means, if the optic equipment proves to be defective or damaged on arrival, we will replace it with a similar make and model if available, or issue a refund at our disgression, provided we are notified immediately of the problem. Replacements will only be shipped after receipt of the damaged item by us in a timely manner not to exceed 30 days from date of purchase.

A Word About Shipping Rates
    At Excalibur, we don't overcharge you for shipping and pocket the difference as some companies do. What you pay for shipping, insurance and handling is what we pay to ship the items you want to you. Nothing more.

To Skip the Hassle of Figuring Shipping Charges

    We have placed estimated shipping and handling costs for each item next to the item price. This is an estimated cost of shipping and handling your purchase anywhere within the Continental U.S. only, and is based on UPS Insured Ground Service, or Insured Priority Mail Service, which ever is more cost effective for the item. Simply list this amount on the order form under shipping cost, multiplied by the number of a particular item you are ordering.

    Shipping rates vary from time to time, and we have no control over them. In an effort to ease the hassle of figuring shipping costs, we have included a link to both the United States Postal Service Package Calculator web site, as well as the UPS Gound Shipping Quick Calculator. When using these, don't forget to include Package Insurance as we don't ship anything without it. This insurance is figured on the price of all items shipped, plus the shipping cost itself.

    If you choose not to use PayPal and wish to prepay your order and calculate your own shipping costs, please specify which method of shipping, and check the appropriate box on the order form. Be sure the method you choose is the cost calculator you used when figuring the shipping costs. If you don't add the shipping and insurance costs in your payment, your order will be delayed until payment is received. Use our listed zip code 33779 for the shipped from zone. If you overpay on your shipping calculations we will refund the difference or credit your account. Which ever applies.

Shipping Your Order in a Timely Fashion

We endeavor to fill and ship orders within 24 hours. However on rare occassions an item ordered may be out of stock due to high demand, and awaiting replacement shipments of inventory to come in. In some instances, the manufacterers are also out of stock temporarily. In these rare cases, it takes longer to fill your order. For this reason please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If it appears that your order will take longer than that to fill, we will notify you via e-mail of the delay, and offer a full refund with our appology, or back order your item and ship the day we receive your item. The choice is totally yours.

We Do NOT Accept C.O.D. or Personal Check Orders

    As you know, shipping can be a very expensive proposition. In an effort to keep our prices as low as possible to you, we cannot accept C.O.D. or personal checks, however we do accept approved credit card and electronic checks through PayPal, as well as certified checks and postal money orders.
